1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77f77 website located at 77f77.app (the "Platform"), including any associated mobile-optimised version or application, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with the 77f77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Rules").

These terms apply to all activities carried out on the 77f77 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino play, slot gaming, instant crash games, account management, and the use of the 77f77 PKR wallet.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 77f77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77f77 strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. Any account found to be operated by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register accounts for gaming purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 77f77 does not provide legal advice.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from 77f77 or any affiliated platform.
• You may hold only one (1) 77f77 account per individual. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

77f77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residency at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to supply adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on 77f77, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering you confirm that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, including your registered mobile number or email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these with any third party.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your 77f77 account, whether or not authorised by you.

77f77 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in accordance with international best practice. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at the point of withdrawal or at 77f77's reasonable discretion. Processing of withdrawals may be withheld until KYC documentation is verified to 77f77's satisfaction.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77f77 support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

77f77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All PKR balances are held in your 77f77 wallet. 77f77 does not apply internal currency conversion on PKR transactions.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (JazzCash/Easypaisa), Rs 500 (Visa/MC), Rs 1,000 (bank transfer). Minimums are subject to change; current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (mobile wallet), Rs 1,000 (bank transfer). Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible.
• 77f77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name and must match your KYC documentation.
• 77f77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if KYC verification is outstanding.
• Processing times are indicative only. 77f77 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions, but does not guarantee any specific processing time.
• Deposits made via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times beyond 77f77's control.

77f77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers, including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any banking institution.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 77f77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game, or event. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing a bet or wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77f77 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error by 77f77.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or voided by 77f77 at its sole discretion due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or other operational reasons.
• 77f77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are manifestly erroneous due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure.
• Casino games – including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games – use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by internationally licensed live casino studios. 77f77 does not modify game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session that results in an incomplete game round, 77f77 will apply the relevant studio's published void/incomplete game policy.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or markets. These are displayed within each game or market on the Platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

77f77 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentive programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general principles apply:

• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts only. 77f77 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds pending KYC verification.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each offer's terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77f77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or ineligible under these terms.
• Opening or operating more than one 77f77 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that constitutes corruption in sport.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 77f77 for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in games or the Platform infrastructure.
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation in response to a KYC request.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77f77 staff or other users.

77f77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account found to be in breach of this section, forfeit all balances where legally permissible, and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77f77 Platform – including but not limited to the 77f77 brand, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and game content – is the intellectual property of 77f77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 77f77.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits – daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss limits – caps on net losses over a defined period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77f77 is incorporated, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.

Pakistani users acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws applicable to online gambling in their specific location. 77f77 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
